On low speeds everything is fine, but when the speed is al little higher she becomes difficult to control: the ailerons become a lot less effective.
Is this due to the low torque rigidity of the wings?
Or too little differential of the ailerons?

Dear Jan,
I would say that that your problem is low rigidity. The question is whether the outer wing overall or just the aileron. I would think the latter is more likely the issue.
Why won't check first what is the weak point under aileron stress
- the (loose) hinges and linkages
- servos not strong enough
- torsional rigidity of the aileron - perhaps at higher speed the section where the linkage horn is, keeps the angle of the servo travel, but at the end the aileron hardly moves due to air pressure ??
Does your wing tend to flutter at higher speed?
